Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
Using Audymail
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Audymail to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, malware, or anything illegal, deceptive or harmful. You must have permission to contact every recipient and comply with applicable email, SMS and data protection laws. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Limits and availability
Sending limits apply to each plan. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and delivery depends on third-party providers and recipient systems.
Fees
The free plan has no charge. If paid plans or usage fees are introduced, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
Termination
You can stop using Audymail and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Liability
Audymail is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
