What we collect

We collect your name, email address and a hashed password when you sign up, plus the recipient address or number, subject or message preview, status and time of messages you send through Audymail. We also keep your templates and API key metadata.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service, deliver your messages, enforce sending limits, prevent abuse, and reply to your requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

Messages are delivered through our email and SMS provider (Brevo) and the service runs on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Security

Passwords are hashed and API keys are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
